Hemos conocido muchas historias de gente que toma la decisión de perder peso y cambia sus hábitos de alimentación para conseguirlo. Esto siempre supone un gran esfuerzo y mucha fuerza de voluntad, por lo que cada persona trata de encontrar el mejor método para él.

Aunque vimos todo tipo de dietas y trucos para perder peso, no conocíamos la técnica que llevó a esta chica a bajar 60 kilos.

Mathilde Broberg es una joven danesa de 21 que, hasta hace no mucho tiempo, padecía obesidad mórbida. Pesaba 127 kilos y sabía que su peso empezaba a afectar gravemente a su salud. Por eso decidió ponerle fin a su problema y tomar medidas.

El primer paso fue eliminar la comida basura de su dieta. También dejó de comer pan, dulces y pastas.

Después, Mathilde se tuvo que someter a una operación de reducción de estómago. Para empezar a comer mejor, la joven encontró un truco: cambiar la cuchara grande por una cucharilla de café. Esta chucharita es la que Mathilde ha utilizado desde entonces para comer.

Asegura que el motivo por el que este truco ha sido tan eficaz para adelgazar,es que consiguió engañar a su estómago. Al comer con una cuchara pequeña, su estómago se siente lleno antes. Ahora, Mathilde pesa 67 kilos y trabaja como modelo para una firma de ropa deportiva.

Measurements ???????? This is crazy! _ If I can do it so can you! Anything is possible it you want enough - never stop believing in yourself and stay strong. This is a journey that’s been going on since summer, 2012. My weightloss journey ended 2,5 years ago and since that I’ve been working out in the gym minimum 3 times EVERY week. In a period from Fall, 2014 to Summer, 2015 I’ve been eating too healthy (and too little) + worked out 6 times pr week. At that time my measurements were lower than they are now - At 57 kg (125lbs) _ Bust: 79 cm Waist: 60 cm Hip: 80 cm _ I was really skinny at that time but I had loose skin/harsh fat .. I started to eat more (2200kcal) everyday and I’ve been following well organized workout schedules for 1 year now and this is where I am today. Hard work do pay off! _ If you really want to change your life you gotta decide to find the power within you. You are the only one to make it happen. You’re the only one who controls what goes in to your mouth, how long you walk, how much you’re being active. Get control over your brain, because that’s the one you can blame: You’re in control, not your inner-voice! Don’t waist time on the right time to come - there is no perfect time, you just have to start and never look back. Successful weightloss? _ Went from 120kg (268lbs) to 57kg (125lbs) and now I’m 67 (139lbs). 2012 vs 2016 _ Stay focused, stop making excuses, stop eating junk, take one day at a time, remember that everything counts. _ It’s mostly about the food you eat. Going to the gym wouldn’t be the only thing you have to do. The truth is its 90% about the food and 10% about exercising! _ If you’re not losing weight you’re eating too much. It’s simple as that! Face 2 face ???????? Psssst i’m 5’9/176cm _ 2011 vs 2016. _ Yes. It is a long and tough journey, but it’s all worth it. Trust me, I’ve had times where I just wanted to quit it and I said to myself "It doesn’t matter anyways.. I’ll never lose weight and be a size ’normal’." _ I’m soooo happy for not letting that voice control me this time ????????
