An 18-year-old fledgling Brooklyn actress who starred in the feminist Fringe Festival play “Slut” and attended the prestigious Packer Collegiate private school wants to sue the city for $2 million ?because she spent a night in the drunk tank after ?harassing cops who broke up a pal’s house party.
Winnifred Bonjean-Alpart, whose mother is the prominent criminal defense attorney Jennifer Bonjean, says she was falsely arrested last summer at the Harlem bash.
Cops responded to a late-night noise complaint at 267 W. 113th St. and the then-17-year-old barked to her pals, “You don’t have to give your ID,” when officers requested identification, according to a criminal judge’s decision.
Pressing her luck, Bonjean-Alpart followed police around the party, again shouting, “You don’t have to give him your ID,” according to the ruling.
Then, after cops pulled a fake ID from Bonjean-Alpart’s bag, she bragged, “Yeah, I know it’s fake. Everyone has one. So what?”
Police found two empty bottles of booze in her purse, according to the December decision that tossed a disorderly conduct charge, but sustained a possession of alcohol by a minor and forged instrument count.
Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Ann E. Scherzer agreed to dismiss the remaining charges if Bonjean-Alpart doesn’t get in trouble again.
Despite the favorable outcome, Bonjean-Alpart’s mom — who won a $500,000 award for a Chicago-based convicted mass killer injured by a prison guard — tried to sue the city for false arrest and malicious prosecution.
But the Loyola Law School grad missed a deadline by four months and is now asking the court for an extension.
Bonjean-Alpart, who also starred in the 2012 documentary “Sexy Baby,” about sex in the digital age, says cops slammed her against a wall, “handcuffed her tightly,” then put her in a holding cell with adult males.
The teen, who counts Hillary Clinton and Tina Fey as role models, according to an online bio, then spent 18 hours in central booking before being released, the filing says.
Bonjean-Alpart is claiming physical and emotional injuries as well as violations of her civil and constitutional rights.
